Sodam Lee - Illustrator / Drawing Educator
Hello, my name is Sodam Lee.
I am an illustrator and digital artist.
I am an illustrator and reportage artist with a strong foundation in drawing, visual storytelling, and motion design.
My work has been exhibited at First Thursday: Kunye Art Foundation x Grand Daddy Hotel (October 2023) and Within These Four Walls – Curiocity Hotel x TCM Present (January–April 2024). Additionally, I have completed a reportage drawing commission for the Bag Factory Art Gallery in Johannesburg.
Currently, I lecture part-time at Eduvos (Tygervalley Campus), specializing in Graphic Design and Drawing.
My expertise in drawing has allowed me to guide first- and second-year students through foundational and advanced illustration techniques.

First-Year Drawing Module: Taught still-life, figure, and digital drawing (Photoshop), focusing on form, color, and composition, culminating in a digital self-portrait.

Second-Year Graphic Design Tutor: Guided students in illustrating African novel book covers, emphasizing storytelling.

Motion Graphics Moderation: Assessed first-year projects across Eduvos campuses.
